A Righteous Band of PeopleQ13:17 He sends down water from the skies, and the channels flow each according to its measure: but the torrent bears away the foam like the scum that mounts up to the surface. Even so, from that (ore) which they heat in the fire to make ornaments or utensils. In addition to that, there is a scum likewise. Thus, doth Allah (by parables) show forth Truth and falsehood: for the scum disappears like foam cast out; while that which is for good for humanity remains on the earth. Thus, doth Allah set forth parables. This paragraph Q13:17 from the Holy Quran is a parable, and I believe that a parable reflects the reader’s interpretation of his or her understanding to serve as a tool to help explain something more clearly to others. In this parable above, I believe God is saying that when you forge metal in a fire to make ornaments or utensils, a scrum will separate from the metal. However, after the scum separates from the metal, it will perish on its own or is thrown away. This parable is saying that this scum will be like the foam that rises to the top of a wave or torrent that will be cast out onto the shore. I am sure God is using the example of forging the metal in the fire because the people that lived in the time of Mohammed seen this done with metal before. I believe the scum represents everything that is forbidden by God and God is promising to destroy the evil after it has separated from the good in our lives and our societies. I believe the fire in this parable represents the people who have banded together in what God said is right and who is forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong. I don’t believe God is going to bless any people to be righteous or prosperous if they are disobeying Him or are still clinging to others who are defying Him. I believe there is only one way a people can be blessed to become the fire that will forge a new righteous world, and that is to separate themselves from those who are still disobeying God. Q3:104 Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.I believe that if just a small group of people who are obeying God will forbid each other from doing what God said is wrong, God will bless this group of people to change an evil world into a righteous one. We have a perfect example of this that Prophet Mohammed, and his following change their country from an evil one to a righteous one in just 23 years. If a group of believers will obey what God is saying in paragraph Q3:104 almost immediately the scum that is disobeying God will begin to separate themselves from that group. Evil people will leave your community on their own once they realize they can no longer get away with doing what God says is wrong with you. If this band of people who are forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong will challenge the wrong in their Masjids and Churches, God will cast the scum out of their places of worship. If this band of people who are forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong will challenge what is wrong in their communities, God will cast the scum out of their communities. If this band of people who are forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong will challenge what God said is wrong in their cities, God will cast the scum out of their towns. If this band of people who are forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong will challenge what God said is wrong in their country, God will cast the scum out of their country. If this band of people who are forbidding each other from doing what God said is wrong would challenge what God said is wrong on their planet, God will cast the scum out of the world. And, the only thing that will remain on earth will be that which is good for humanity, because God has power over everything. Q2:60 There is for you an excellent example (to follow) in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people: “We are clear of you and whatever ye worship besides God: we have rejected you, and there has arisen, between us and you, enmity and hatred for ever,- unless ye believe in God and Him alone”: But not when Abraham said to his father: “I will pray for forgiveness for thee, though I have no power (to get) aught on thy behalf from God.” (They prayed): “Our Lord! In Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal.
